Holiday
Shores Condo-Tel Development is projected to be a four floor
building with approximately 70 rooms for purchase and/or rent.
The benefits of both condos and hotels are combined with added
features to give you expanded rooming options.
When you purchase a room you become part owner of
Holiday Shores Condo-Tel Development. Therefore, you decide
whether you would like to stay in your room (how ever long and
often you like) or rent it to other patrons (without
obligation to be here for room cleaning and maintenance).
You also rent your room(s) to the public when you are gone. You
decide if and when you want to sell your room.
Rooms are also available to rent for all of you who are in
McGregor on vacation or business as well. You too can enjoy
